Most importantly, you should absolutely consult our FAQ for international clients. It will be the most useful information you will read and shows you how to format your address depending on where you live.When you are ready to place your order and are checking out:
Select your country first from the drop down filed which will make the State / Provence field editable. If you do not have a province, leave it filled to the default state. Otherwise enter your province here. If you have any other important international address information, enter it here as well.
If you live in Canada, a list of provinces will be provided for you. If you live in Great Britain, select United Kingdom as your country.
Finally, Please make sure you add orders@epica.com to your email address book so that our emails do not bounce when we send you copies of your order.
