How can I be sure my order went through?

When we receive your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation usually within minutes. You should also see a confirmation page after you submit your order.  If you did not receive an e-mail call us at 1-800-993-7422 before placing another order.  

Sometimes emails bounce because your ISP (Internet Service Provider) or email program thinks that a copy of your order is spam.  Please make sure you add orders@epica.com and @epica.com to your webmail address book to ensure you receive correspondence from us.
