How do I handle a return if my product is not personalized?

Returns: All returns will be credited back by their original payment type if received back to us within 30 days from the time your package arrived to you. Please note that if you return merchandise without an invoice, we can only provide the last known value of the Epica product in the form of a merchandise credit.

Merchandise returned without an invoice or a note telling us who you are and what you would like us to do with your product will not be credited to your account.  Be sure to include a note telling us if you are returning this product for a refund or exchanging it.
