How can I exchange my Epica product? Do you have a speed exchange?

Want to try something else? Bring it to Epica or send it back to the address below for an exchange. We will not charge you any Shipping and Handling (S&H) on your exchange. There is no need to send any additional payment to cover a price difference for an exchange. Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the exchange is processed. Your additional method of payment will not be processed and will be returned to you by mail.

Speed Exchange:
If time is of the essence, give us a call at 1-800-993-7422 and tell us that you want to do a Speed Exchange. We will order and charge you for the new merchandise, waive your Shipping and Handling (S&H) fees and send it right out. While you wait for your new order, send us back the original merchandise and we will credit your account once we receive it.

How to Send it Back
(for online orders only):

1. Include your Invoice
To ensure return accuracy, remember to enclose your invoice with your return and a note about what you are exchanging or have exchanged. If you would like, make a copy for your records. 

2. Choose your return option:
Option A - Request a Smart Label or ship the product back yourself: Call us at 800-993-7422 to request a smart label.  We will email it to you. Print it out, tape it to your package carefully and drop it off at any UPS drop off location in the United States.  No postage is required; we will bill the cost of return Shipping label to your card on file.

 The Smart Label is only available for our customers in the continental US excluding our APO/FPO customers.

Option B - All other INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: Ship the package back to us at the address below using the carrier of your choice.  Be sure to mark it as a gift so that we are not charged duty on the return.
