It turns out that your beautiful product will not fit my needs. Can I return it?

Absolutely. You should never own anything from Epica that does not perfectly suit your needs or make you very happy to own it. As long as your product is not personalized and is still in new, salable condition, you may return it to us and exchange it or get your money back as you see fit.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
1. The Worlds Largest Leather Journal
2. Any item that has been personalized, embossed or custom ordered for you or your company absolutely cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for the very reason that they have been personalized.
3. Any item that has been used, bent, scratched or otherwise damaged by the end user and is now not in resalable condition

Include instructions on how you would like us to handle the return along with your order number and you are done.

Your utmost satisfaction is always our goal. In the extremely rare event that your package is damaged in transit by UPS (for domestic shipments) we will file a claim with UPS, and once settled, replace the product to your satisfaction free of charge and ship it to you for free as well. If product has been personalized, as stated above, it is of course not eligible for return.
