What is your Guarantee or Warranty?

We genuinely want your experience with us to be phenomenal Our return policy is simple. If for any reason you discover your purchase does not work out, you may exchange it, upgrade it, downsize it, or return it for a full refund of the purchase price minus the shipping charges within 30 days of receiving your package. It is that easy.

Your total satisfaction is always our goal. In the rare event that your package is damaged in transit by UPS (for domestic shipments) we will file a claim with UPS, and once settled, replace the product to your satisfaction free of charge and ship it to you for free as well. If your product arrives damaged, please DO NOT SHIP IT BACK TO US as UPS must pick it up from its original destination to inspect it.

If product has been personalized:

ONLY ONE ITEM IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
1. Any item that has been personalized, embossed or custom ordered for you or your company cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Any item that has been used, bent, scratched or otherwise damaged by the end user and is not in resalable condition is also not eligible for return

Any other items can be exchanged or returned as long as they are in saleable condition, unused and in their original packaging. Please call us or e-mail us for additional questions.
