If for any reason you discover your purchase is not what you had in mind, you may exchange it, upgrade it, downsize it, or return it for a full refund of the purchase price less the shipping charges within four full weeks. It's that easy.
Simply return the product to the address on our contact us page, with attention to Returns Department, along with a note explaining what you would like to do and your original invoice. Only items that have been personalized, embossed or custom ordered for you or your company are not eligible for return or exchange.

Note however that we specialize in vintage distrssed leather products that have been purposely weathered and purposely contain subtle inconsistant color marbling, hand crafted abrasions and purposeful scarring. However, should you discover any oversight on our part that constitutes a damaged good with regard to craftsmanship, we will replace the product to your satisfaction.
Orders of 6 items or more, custom or special order items in quantities of 6 or more, items that are not stocked normally on the epica.com site or any journal, guest book, photo album or specialty book order which is imported especially for you or your company carries extremely high shipping charges and dollar to Euro exchange rates and are therefore not returnable, refundable or able to be exchanged.
